Brian Buchwald

Head of Global Intelligence, Weber Shandwick

Brian Buchwald is the Head of Global Intelligence for Weber Shandwick. He was most recently the CEO of Bomoda, the newly acquired advanced analytics division of Weber Shandwick.

Before founding Bomoda in 2012, Brian served as the Executive Vice President of Local Media at NBC Universal. There, he was responsible for building and expanding on NBC’s efforts to re-imagine its local relationships with consumers and advertisers in cities across the United States. Brian’s tenure at NBC also included serving as a founding executive of Hulu. Mr. Buchwald began his career as a Mergers & Acquisitions investment banker in Morgan Stanley’s Technology Group in Silicon Valley and subsequently led business development for digital advertising technology pioneer DoubleClick.

He holds a BA from Dartmouth College.
